Position Overview

Pivot Sweets is located in Comstock Park and produces sugar-free and healthy sweets! We are currently seeking a person who can fluctuate between production and warehouse job duties. 

 Key Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment according to safety and operational guidelines.
• Assemble, package, and label products efficiently and accurately.
• Perform quality checks on products to ensure adherence to company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist with receiving shipments, including unloading trucks and organizing inventory.
• Accurately input data related to inventory and production into the company's database.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
• Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in a production or warehouse environment is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 80 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory management.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if needed.
